Judgment
PRESENT HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GOVIND MATHUR Mr. Rajesh Shah for the petitioner BY THE COURT : The petitioner qualified Central Teachers Eligibility Test-2012 conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi. She also faced the process of selection initiated by the Zila Parishad, Sirohi for the purpose of recruitment to the post of Teacher Grade-III in Upper Primary Schools. Her apprehension is that in view of the Government of Rajasthan's circular dated
31.05.2012, the respondents may not allow her to participate in the subsequent steps of the process of selection. A direction, therefore, is demanded against the respondents to permit the petitioner to face complete process of selection initiated under the advertisement dated 24.02.2012. Quite frankly it is accepted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that neither the petitioner was stopped by the respondents from appearing in the first steps of the process of (2) selection nor the result of that has yet been declared. In view of the factual position noticed above, as a matter of fact, the cause sought to be agitated in this petition for writ is not ripe. The respondents have yet not stopped the petitioner from participating in the process of selection and the result of the first step of the process of selection has yet not been declared, as such, the apprehension of the petitioner at this stage is totally ill-founded. The writ petition, therefore, is dismissed. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy if the respondents stops her from participating in the process of selection at any subsequent stage. [GOVIND MATHUR],J. Pramod
