Counsel has produced the corpus namely Basanti before this Court. Upon asking, the corpus has stated that she is a major girl of 20 years of age and wants to live with her parents. In view of the submissions made by the corpus before this Court and keeping in view all the facts and circumstances of the case, this habeas corpus writ petition is dismissed.
