HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE GOVIND MATHUR Mr. D.L. Mothsara, for the petitioner. .... By this petition for writ a challenge is given to the order dated

25.5.2007 passed by the Executive Engineer, Survey & Investigation Lift, Division-I, IGNP, Rawatsar permitting division of chak and also installing Mogha at changed site. The order aforesaid is appealable under Irrigation and Drainage Act, 1955 before Superintending Engineer.
