Judgment

HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE BHAGWATI PRASAD Mr.Parikshit Nayak, for the appellant. The case is for enhancement of award for the death of a 46 years old house wife, who is alleged to be engaged in stitching clothes job in a small village. An award of Rs.1,32,000/- has been made, which is not considered insufficient, because at this age she was only a house wife and non-earning member. The stitching job is only spoken as an alibi. That being the position, no case for enhancement is made out. The appeal is therefore dismissed. [BHAGWATI PRASAD],J. Ashwini/-
