Beniwal for Mr. Sunil Beniwal, for the respondents. ---- An application has been filed by the appellant seeking extension of time granted by the order dated 27.08.2015 for depositing 50% of the enhanced award with the reference Court. Four weeks' time was granted on 27.8.2015. Learned counsel for the respondents vehemently oppose the prayer for extension of time. It is submitted that almost three months are already over and still the appellant has not complied with the directions issued by this Court and in fact, the interim order has already come to an end. In the facts and circumstances of the case, wherein as per the submissions made by learned counsel for the appellant several authorities are involved in the matter, the appellant is granted time till

31.01.2016 to comply with the directions dated 27.08.2015, failing which, the stay application filed by the appellant shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court. Accordingly, the application seeking extension of time stands
