Operative part
O R D E R S.B. CIVIL WRIT PETITION NO.2542/2009 (Farookh & Anr. Vs. Rameshwar Golia & Ors.) Date of order : 27.03.2009 P R E S E N T HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GOPAL KRISHAN VYAS Mr. Vijay Rajpurohit, for the petitioners. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Before approaching this Court for seeking writ of mandamus, the petitioners have already made representation before the District Collector, Nagaur. In my opinion, no interference is required under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is expected from the District Collector, Nagaur that he will decide the representation filed by the petitioners on 15.1.2009 and 16.3.2009 within a period of fifteen days from today. (GOPAL KRISHAN VYAS), J.
