HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANGEET LODHA None present for the petitioner. Mr. Vinod Choudhary for respondents. In this matter, Mr. M.R. Singhvi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had pleaded no instructions on

17.12.2007, therefore, notice was ordered to be issued to the petitioner. After service of notice upon the petitioner, the matter was listed for hearing on 22.01.2008 but nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner, therefore, the matter was adjourned to

25.01.2008. Even on the said date nobody was present on behalf of the petitioner, therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed for dismissal on 29.01.2008 i.e. today. Even today, nobody has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner, even in second round. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default in appearance. (SANGEET LODHA), J.
