HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU PRESENT: - Mr. Nirmal Sharma, Advocate, for the petitioners. Mr. Kunwarbir Singh, AAG, Punjab. MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of petitioners at the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 6.
Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that matter has been amicably resolved between the parties at their own level; thus, this petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
