(ORAL) On the last date of hearing i.e. 06.03.2025, the following order was passed:- This appeal was filed way back in January, 2019 with an endorsement by the Registry that civil misc. under Sec"on 149 CPC had been moved for seeking six months "me for making up the deficiency of the Court fee. There is no report on the part of the Registry as to whether later on, the appellant had made up the deficiency of the Court fee. Learned counsel seeks short adjournment to verify the said fact. As per request, adjourned to 01.04.2025. It is evident that though this appeal was filed way back in 2019, but .ll date even the deficiency of the Court fee has not been made good.
