(Oral) Present contempt petition has b n has been filed alleging violation of order dat der dated 14.2.2022 (Annexure P-1) pa 1) passed by a Division Bench of this Court Court in CWP-20384-2021 titled as “P as “Pradeep Kumar vs. State of Haryana an ana and others”, the operative part of w rt of which is reproduced as below :- VIJAY ASIJA 2026.01.27 10.15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document “….Keeping in view of a of above detailed proposed plan and the interest of the the land owners, a direction is being given in this case ase that all the executing courts in the State of Haryana yana are restrained from taking any coercive steps as th as the respondents have carved out plan for depositing iting the compensation amount reference courts will accept compensation as per the r the above said proposed plan. Learned counsel for respondent-HSVP further COCP-4486-2025 (O & M) 2 informs that due publ publication will be done with respect to proposed plan plan of depositing compensation in the entire State of H of Haryana so that land owners can be awared with with respect to deposit of compensation as per the r the schedule stated above. A direction is bei being given to the respondents to comply and make the the payment in accordance with the above said proposed osed plan/priority list….” At the very outset, learned c rned counsel for the respondents submits tha its that the petitioners herein were n were not parties before the Writ Court. 05.09.2025 .2025 passed by a co-ordinate Benc Bench of this Court in COCP No.3601 of 601 of 2025 titled “Jagdish Singh and a nd another vs. Chander Shekhar Khare, IAS IAS and others”, wherein a contem contempt petition filed in similar circumstanc mstances, alleging violation of the sa the same Writ Court order dated

14.02.2022 .2022, was dismissed. Copy of the afor he aforesaid order dated 05.9.2025 is taken on en on record. Learned counsel for the res e respondents submits that the petitioners oners in the present contempt petition st tition stand on identical footing as the petition etitioners in COCP No.3601 of 2025 2025 and, therefore, the present contempt pe mpt petition also deserves to be dismisse ismissed on the same terms. Relevant extract of order da er dated 05.9.2025 in identical COCP No.3 P No.3601 of 2025 is as follows :- “xxx xxx

3. Learned counsel f sel for the respondents contends that the petitioners here herein were not parties to CWP- 20384-2021, nor did the d they file any writ petition. It is further submitted that CWP-20384-2021 was disposed of as rendere ndered infructuous, vide order dated 02.05.2024, as the s the compensation amount was VIJAY ASIJA 2026.01.27 10.15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document COCP-4486-2025 (O & M) 3 disbursed to the land lo nd losers concerned. He further contends that some per persons challenged the order dated 14.02.2022 pas passed in CWP-20384-2021 before Hon'ble the Su Supreme Court in SLP (C) No.4832 of 2022, which hich was disposed of vide order dated 31.10.2023.
