(Oral) Present contempt petition ition has been filed alleging violation o tion of order dated 13.8.2013 (Anne (Annexure P-1) passed by a co- ordinate B ate Bench of this Court in CW CWP-16210-2013 (alongwith connected ected cases) titled as “BLM Girls Col ls College and others vs. State of Punjab and ab and others” in terms of liberty g erty granted in CWP-4483-2017 titled as “G as “Guru Nanak Khalsa College vs. S e vs. State of Punjab and others”, whereby (in (in CWP-21682-2012) it was obse observed as follows :- “……In view of t of the aforesaid discussion, all the writ petitions are are hereby allowed; impugned letters dated 29.3.2012 012 and 26.4.2012 are hereby quashed and it is dir directed that henceforth the amount of fee etc. whi which is paid by the Central VIJAY ASIJA 2025.11.14 09.23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document COCP-3014-2023 (O & M) 2 Government to the Sta State Government on account of the fees of the el e eligible students under the Scheme, shall be paid aid directly to the College and not to be deposited in t in the accounts of the eligible students.

It is clea clear that no balance claim amount is pending on on behalf of the Department towards the Petitioner N ner No.2 upto Year 2016-17.
