Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing Gazette Notifications dated 06.06.2016 and 22.11.2017, Annexures P-4 and P-9, respectively, and reports dated 05.08.2017 and
28.06.2018, Annexures P-7 and P-13, respectively, submitted by the Chairman.
Advance copy of the petition has been served upon the respondents. Counsel appearing for respondent No.6, submits qua membership No.8001, which finds mention in para 3 of the writ petition, earlier writ petition bearing CWP-17577-2024, was filed before this Court, which came up for hearing on 05.08.2024. He submits that this Court issued notice to the PARDEEP NAUTIYAL 2024.09.13 15:43 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment. respondents, but specifically declined the request regarding interim stay.
