#1. Present petition has been filed for setting aside the orders dated 24.03.2026, 17.04.2026 and 25.05.2026 (Annexure P-3), whereby learned trial Court, Hisar, had issued non-bailable warrants after cancelling and forfeiting the bonds of the petitioner in a complaint filed by the respondent under section 138/141 of NI Act, bearing NACT No.3015 of 2019 dated 14.11.2019 (Annexure P-1) for 14.07.2026.
#2. On the very outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to file a fresh one, with better particulars.
