Without delving into t to the merits of the case, learne arned counsel for the petitioner sub submits that the monetary dispute ute in question has been amicably bly resolved between the petition itioner and the complainant throug rough mutual settlement. Moreove eover, petitioner is ready to joi join the investigation and ful fully cooperate, if protected from a om arrest by this Court. Thus, pra prays for grant of concession of ant f anticipatory bail to the petitioner ner in the present case. 4. Notice of motion. 5.
