The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to remove objections raised by Immigration Authorities. He is further praying for setting aside of Look Out Circular (for short “LOC”) dated 10.04.2023.
Mr. Satya Pal Jain, Learned Additional Solicitor General of India, during the course of hearing, produced documents relating to LOC issued against the petitioner. The documents, after perusal, are returned to Mr. Satya Pal Jain.
From the perusal of documents, it is evident that Intelligence Agency has received inputs and formed an opinion that it is not in the interest of nation and public at large if petitioner’s son is permitted to visit India. His object is not genuine. CWP No.20221-2025(O&M) -2-
