The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to supply the documents mentioned in the show cause notice vide letter No.01 dated 12.07.2021 (Annexure P-1), issued to the petitioner by respondent No.1 and direction may be issued to respondent No.1 to supply the enquiry report of Superintending Engineer/I.T(O&S), PSPCL, Patiala and enquiry report of Sr. XEN/IT(NSP)&AAO/IT as mentioned in the details of charges in the abovesiad show cause notice.
Learned counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of order dated 23.08.2022, whereby the impugned show cause notice dated 12.07.2021 (Annexure P-1) has been disposed of by issuing warning to the petitioner. Copy of said order is taken on record. He submits that since the impugned show cause notice has already been CWP-22004-2021 -2- disposed of, therefore, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
