Without commenting on merits of the case and considering the fact that matter relating to parole to the petitioner is still pending before the concerned authority, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned authority to consider representation dated 19.02.2024 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner and pass an appropriate reasoned order, in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 02 weeks from the date of receipt of copy/ production of this order.
