27.6.2011 (Annexure P-21), whereby the request of the petitioners to appoint an Arbitrator has been declined. So far as the quashing of orders dated 7.4.2008, 13.5.2008, 17.7.2008 and 25.6.2009, copies of which have been annexed with this petition as Annexures P-8, P-10, P-13 and P-17, respectively, is concerned, the writ petition (CWP No. 19706 of 2009) filed by the petitioners was dismissed as withdrawn on 24.12.2009 with liberty to approach the respondents for appointment of an Arbitrator. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw this petition with CWP No. 19662 of 2011 -2- liberty to file an appropriate application under the Arbitration Act, against the order dated 27.6.2011 (Annexure P-21), declining their prayer to appoint an Arbitrator or to avail any other alternative remedy in accordance with law.
