There is already a civil suit filed at the instance of the 6th respondent against the petitioners for accounting for monies due under a transaction of the petitioner with the 6th respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have again given a complaint to the SHO, Police Station Guru Har Sahai and that the petitioners are being harassed at the police station by police calling them over again and again. I cannot find an investigation undertaken by a SHO on complaint from a person could be termed as any harassment to petitioner, who is aggrieved against the registration of complaint itself. If the contention were to be that no investigation should be made, the petitioners will have appropriate remedy under the provisions of Cr.P.C. C.W.P. No.17563 of 2011 -2-
