SIKRI, C.J.: (Oral) In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the notification dated 19.3.2001 exempting all the municipalities in the State of Haryana from the operation of the provisions of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, with effect from April 16, 1992. The matter squarely covered by the Division Bench judgment of this Court in Bhim Sen Jindal v. State of Haryana and others, 2011(1) S.C.T. 522 whereby the aforesaid notification has been upheld.
