(ORAL) The petitioner, who is resident of village Binjalpur, Tehsil Barara, District Ambala, has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing direction to the official respondents to conduct an enquiry against respondent No.5, ex-Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat and take action against him under Section 53 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 (hereinafter referred to as `the Act'). Though the written statement has not been filed, however, after hearing the counsel for the parties and going through the contents of the petition, we dispose of this petition with a direction to respondents No.2 and 4 to consider the complaint made by the petitioner and take a decision in accordance with law, expeditiously.
