He is also not party to the compromise dated 15.04.2025, therefore, the present petition is not maintainable being partial. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition by impleading all the necessary parties. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
