Kanwaljit Singh Ahluwalia, J. (Oral) The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for release of detenues, 57 in number, as mentioned in para No.3 thereof, from the illegal and unlawful custody of respondents No.5 to 7. In pursuance of the order dated 13.1.2011, passed by this Court, Vijay Kumar, Inspector/Station House Officer, Police Station Sadar, Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar, has filed a reply on behalf of respondents No.3 and 4, by way of his affidavit and the same is taken on record. It is stated in the affidavit that Narender Singh, Assistant Sub Criminal Writ Petition No. 98 of 2011 2 Inspector and Partap Singh, Naib Tehsildar, Bahadurgar, have visited the brick kiln and the labourers left the same in vehicle. In view of the affidavit, filed on behalf of respondents No.3 and 4, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.
