CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK .....Respondents. Present : Mr. Peeush Gagneja, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Anupam Sharma, AAG, Haryana. **** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) The petitioner, by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has approached this Court, seeking quashing of FIR No. 599 dated 8.11.2011, under Sections 307, 324, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Karnal and consequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise. Notice of motion was issued and parties were directed to appear before the learned trial court for getting their statements recorded. Criminal Misc. No. M-8212 of 2012 2 In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
