RAJAN GUPTA, J.: (Oral) This is a petition under section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner under sections 323/324/506 IPC vide FIR No.10 dated 13.1.2011 at police station Shiva Ji Colony, Rohtak. Learned State counsel submits that pursuant to order dated 25.3.2011, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 25.3.2011 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
