NAWAB SINGH J.(ORAL) This is an application for anticipatory bail filed in case bearing FIR No.3 dated January 3rd, 2012 under Sections 406 and 498-A etc. IPC registered in Police Station Ambala Cantt. By order dated March 7th, 2012 Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ranjit Singh granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner subject to the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Learned State counsel has stated that the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner and complainant have stated that parties have entered into compromise vide compromise-deed (Annexure P-3 and P-4) but learned counsel for the complainant has stated that the petitioner has not complied with the terms and conditions mentioned in the compromise-deed in letter and spirit. Be that as it may, since the petitioner has joined the investigation and parties have effected a compromise, order dated March 7th, 2012 is made absolute.
