CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ALOK SINGH Present: - Mr. Vikas Bahl, Advocate, for the petitioners. Mr. K.D. Sachdeva, Addl. A.G., Punjab. Mr. Malkeet Singh, Advocate, for the complainant.

Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? ***** ALOK SINGH, J (ORAL) This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.88 dated 11.9.2010 under Sections 307/148/149/323/324/120-B of the Indian Penal Code, Police Station Rahon, District SBS Nagar. This Court vide order dated 10.3.2011 has directed to release the petitioners on interim bail. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners have already been released on bail and the petitioners have joined the investigation and shall join the investigation as and when they are asked to do so by the Investigating Officer. Mr. K.D. Sachdeva, learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on instructions of HC Baldev Raj, who is present personally in Court, has stated that petitioners are co-operating in the investigation. CRM No. M-7476 of 2011 (O&M) -2- Considering totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, petition is allowed. Order dated 10.3.2011 is made absolute, subject to the following conditions mentioned under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. : - i) ii) that he shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; that he shall not directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade them from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer; iii) that he shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court. However, it is clarified that petitioners shall keep on co- operating in the investigation and if they fail to do so, Investigating Officer shall be at liberty to get the bail cancelled.
