#1. Learned counsel for the respondent-State contends that there is a complaint against the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner is required to be associated so as to see whether cognizable offence is made out or not.
#2. Learned counsel for the respondent-State states that a questionnaire would be sent to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to respond so that enquiry can be concluded effectively. Crl. Misc. No. M-7402 of 2011 [2]
#3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that proper assistance would be given to the respondents by way of responding to the queries raised on behalf of the official respondents.
