Nirmaljit Kaur, J. (Oral) This is a petition under section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of direction to respondents No. 2 to 4 to conduct the investigations expeditiously and properly in case FIR No. 52 dated 23.11.2010 registered at Police Station Khem Karan, District Tarn Taran under Sections 447, 323, 324, 427, 148, 149 IPC ( Section 302 IPC added later on) and Section 25, 27 of the Arms Act and to arrest the accused named in the said FIR. Ms Gurveen H Singh, Addl. A G Punjab, on instructions from HC Major Singh, states that investigation is complete and the challan is ready to be filed. CRM No. M 6779 of 2011 2 In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the Investigating Agency to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible and submit the final report, if not already submitted with two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
