Reply has been filed on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2. As per the reply, the case of the petitioner is under the active consideration before respondent No.1. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide the premature release case of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within 3 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
