Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Hardeep Singh, Police Station Kartarpur, District Jalandhar, submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custody is not required for the purposes of investigation. The petitioners are attributed simple injuries. The only offence which is non-bailable is under Section 452 IPC. The co-accused of the petitioners, namely Neeta alias Jaswinder Singh and Deputy were granted pre-arrest bail by this Court vide order dated 16.2.2011. In the circumstances, the petitioners in the event of their arrest shall be admitted to bail on their furnishing personal bonds and surety each to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer. The petitioners shall, however, join the investigation as and when called and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. Cr. Misc.
