1959. Counsel for the petitioners has stated that this is a case of version and cross-version and the petitioners have caused no injuries in the occurrence. Learned counsel has relied upon an order dated 13th January, 2011 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. No.M-37315 of 2010 titled as ‘Gurjant Singh and another v. State of Haryana’. Counsel for the State has not disputed the fact that the role of the petitioners is similar to that of Gurjant Singh, who has been granted pre-arrest bail by a Coordinate Bench vide its order dated 13th January, Criminal Misc. No.M-510 of 2011 (O&M) 2 2011 passed in Criminal Misc. No.M-37315 of 2010. Learned counsel, on instructions from SI Kulwant Singh of Police Station Kalanwali, has further stated that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation by the investigating agency. In view of the statement made by Counsel for the State, petitioners will be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. However, they will abide by the conditions specified under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. The present petition stands disposed of accordingly.
