HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MOHINDER PAL PRESENT: Mr.B.P.S.Virk, Advocate for the petitioner. MOHINDER PAL, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that a case under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered against the accused persons on 25.12.2008 and so far, no arrest has been made. A representation (Annexure P2) in this regard was also moved to the concerned authority. However, no action has been taken. The present petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 i.e. the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala to look into the matter and redress the grievance of the petitioner expeditiously as per law.
