(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case arising out of FIR No. 17 dated 20.1.2012, registered at Police Station Farakpur, District Yamuna Nagar, under Sections 279, 336, 420, 473, 467, 468 & 471 IPC, Section11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 and Section 181 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. He submits that the trial Court be directed to decide the regular bail application of the petitioner within a stipulated time. As prayed, dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is observed that in case, the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court, on or before Criminal Misc. No. M- 3743 of 2012 2
