Mr. Deepak Garg, Advocate, for the petitioners. SABINA, J. Manjeet Kaur and Parvesh have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure read with Article 21 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect their lives and liberty; further for directions to respondents No.1 to 3 for not to harass the petitioners illegally at the instance of respondents No.4 and 5; further for directions to respondents No.4 and 5 or anybody else to not to interfere into the peaceful married life of the petitioners illegally or forcibly or not to harass them in any manner against their wishes and to their detriment by using force on them or by adopting unlawful means and further direction to respondents No.2 and 3 not to register any criminal complaint/case against petitioners and their family members at the behest of respondents No.4 and 5. Crl. Misc. No. M-33329 of 2010 (O&M) 2 Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the marriage of the petitioners was solemnized on 9.11.2010. Marriage Certificate, issued by Arya Samaj, Sector 22-A, Chandigarh-160022 (Regd. 3938), is annexed as Annexure P-4. Photographs in this regard are annexed as Annexures P-3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, if the petitioners move a representation before Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur within one week from today then he will look into the representation moved by the petitioners and if required, necessary protection be provided to them.
