(Oral) This petition under Section 439, Code of Criminal Procedure, seeks bail in FIR No.268 dated 11.8.2008 under Sections 398/401, Indian Penal Code, and Section 25 of the Arms Act, Police Station, Sadar Panipat. On a perusal of the FIR, I find that a loaded pistol was recovered from the petitioner. The offence committed by the petitioner is also of a serious nature. No ground for bail is made out.
