(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking regular bail in case FIR No.38 dated 7.3.2012 registered under Sections 406/419/420/467/468/471/120-B IPC at Police Station Shahabad, District Kurukshetra. Learned counsel for the State, after seeking instructions from ASI Prem Chand, states that another case FIR No.236 dated 29.7.2009 under the identical Sections is pending against the petitioner.
