(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in a case arising out of FIR No.62 dated 12.5.2011 registered at Police Station Rajendera Park, Gurgaon under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC. Land of the complainant was sold by impersonating somebody. Sale consideration was paid by way of a cheque. A fake account was opened. Cheque was encashed and according to counsel for the State, booty has been shared by the petitioner. For facilitating opening of the account, driving licence, identity card and ration card were prepared at the instance of the petitioner as per allegations of the prosecution. Crl. Misc. No.M-28826 of 2011 [2] Considering the role assigned to the petitioner, no ground is made out for grant of pre-arrest bail. Dismissed. In case petitioner surrenders on or before 31.1.2012, his regular bail application shall be decided within 3 days after the period of police remand is over. January 11, 2012.
