(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing FIR No. 99 dated 13.6.2008 under Sections 323, 324, 34 IPC lateron added Section 326 IPC registered at Police Station Nayanwala, District Bhatinda and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise. In compliance of the order dated 8.12.2010, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bathinda has sent a report. As per the report, all the injured and affected parties appeared in the Court and got recorded their statements. As per the statements recorded, the compromise is held genuine, which has been effected without any CRM No. M-29080 of 2010 coercion or pressure. -2- Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Amarjit Singh states that the matter has been compromised. In view of the status report and the law laid down by the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Kulwinder Singh and Ors. vs. State of Punjab and another 2007(3) RCR(crl.) 1052, FIR No. 99 dated 13.6.2008 under Sections 323, 324, 34 IPC lateron added Section 326 IPC registered at Police Station Nayanwala, District Bhatinda with all consequential proceedings arising out of the same qua petitioners are quashed. The petition stands disposed of.
