Present:- Mr. Harender Singh, Advocate for the Petitioners. Mr. M.S. Sindhu, Additional Advocate General, Haryana for respondents no.1 to 5. *** JASWANT SINGH, J(ORAL) Prayer is under Section 482 Cr.PC for directing the respondents no.1 to 5 to provide police protection to the petitioners and protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondents no.6 to 10 and further issuing directions to respondents no.6 to 10 not to interfere in the married life of the petitioners in any manner against their wishes. Petitioners had approached this court praying for protection as they apprehended threats at the hands of respondents no.6 to 10 Crl. Misc. No.M 25322 of 2010 #2# because of their marriage solemnized on 25.8.2010. The marriage was stated to be opposed by respondents no.6 to 10. Notice of motion was issued. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Krishan Kumar P.S. Kalyat and SI Ram Niwas, PS Sadar Jind submits that the statement of respondents no.6 to 10 namely Shaani Nepali, Krishan, Raj Kumar, Puran Thappa and Rajesh Mistri have been recorded. They are not opposing the marriage and have concern with the petitioners and, therefore, there is no question of threatening them. They have assured that they will not interfere in the marriage of the petitioner. In view of such development the counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition any more as the same has become infructuous.
