Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the FIR in question has been quashed by this court vide order of even date passed in CRM -M No. 28263 of 2011 Nishant Tandon and others vs State of Punjab and another. Ordered accordingly.
