(ORAL) This is a petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.75 dated 07.06.2010 registered under Sections 452, 325, 324, 323, 336, 506, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Dehlon, District Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from SI Jagdeep Singh, states that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no more required by the police. It is further stated that the weapon of offence has also been recovered. Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and the Order dated 13.08.2010 passed by this Court is made absolute.
