(ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of complaint titled as Swarn Singh vs. Swarna Ram and others bearing Criminal Complaint No.435/1 of 2003 dated 15.10.2003 for offences under Sections 452, 449, 448, 447, 120-B, 114, 109, 506/34 IPC and summoning order dated 17.11.2006 for offences under Sections 452/323/506 and 120-B IPC pending in the Court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Phillaur and subsequent proceedings arising out of the same. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the trial Court at an appropriate stage. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. However, the personal appearance of petitioners No.4, 5, 6 and 7 shall remain exempted except as and when required by the trial Court.
