The petitioners, who are the complainants, have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuing directions to respondents No.1 to 5 to hand over the investigation in case FIR No.600 dated
30.12.2005 registered under Sections 457/380 IPC at P.S.City Jagadhri, District Yamunagar, to some independent agency. In the petition, it has been alleged that the local police has not properly conducted the investigation in this case. It has not been disputed that in this case after the investigation the police has already submitted the cancellation report to the Court. In view of the aforesaid fact, I do not find any ground to issue the aforesaid direction. However, it will be open for the petitioners to contest the said cancellation report before the concerned court. Disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
