(ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 read with Section 438 of Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.94 dated 04.06.2010 under Sections 3(1)(10) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 registered at Police Station Dharamkot, District Moga. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from HC Manjit Singh, states that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no more required by the police. It is further stated that the challan has also been filed. Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and the Order dated 26.07.2010 passed by this Court is made absolute.
