(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case F.I.R. No.105 dated 02.05.2011 registered under Sections 420, 376, 506 IPC at Police Station Division No.5, Civil Line, District Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that to his knowledge now the cancellation report is being prepared. On instructions from ASI Surjit Singh learned Assistant Advocate General has accepted this factual assertion. In the circumstances, without going into the merit of the case, I deem it appropriate to release the petitioner on regular bail to the satisfaction of the C.J.M./Duty Magistrate, Ludhiana.
