Grewal, AAG, Punjab. *** NAWAB SINGH J.(ORAL) This is an application for pre-arrest bail under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure in case bearing First Information Report No.61 dated May 20, 2012 registered under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 21(1) of Mining and Minerals Act in Police Station Kiratpur Sahib, District Roopnagar.

July 04, 2012, this Court passed the following order:-

xxx xxx Notice of motion for 5.9.2012. Meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the petitioner (Gurmeet Singh) shall be released on bail by Arresting officer to his satisfaction. Petitioner shall abide by the conditions laid down under Section 438(2)(i) (ii) and (iii) Cr.PC.

Learned State counsel has stated that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for custodial interrogation.

In view of above, the order dated July 04, 2012 passed by this Court is made absolute. September 05, 2012 `gian' ( NAWAB SINGH ) JUDGE
