Crl.M.No.M-17129 of 2011 The present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in criminal complaint No.39/2 dated 24.8.2006, registered under Sections 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Section 3 of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, at Police Station Sadar, Ambala. Learned counsel for the petitioners requests for withdrawal of this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn. However, in case petitioners appear before learned trial Court within two weeks from today and apply for regular bail, learned trial Court is directed to decide the same on merit on the same day, after giving notice to the State.
