#2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to Senior Superintendent of Police, Batala to consider and take a conscious decision on the representation dated 05.01.2026 (Annexure P-4) made by the petitioner.

On the other hand, on the asking of the Court, Mr. Adhiraj Singh Thind, AAG Punjab causes appearance on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 and submits that grievance of the petitioner will be looked into by Senior Superintendent of Police, Batala and it shall take decision either way, on the representation dated 05.01.2026 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner.

#4. Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek reply by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.
