Shri Himanshu Raj Munjal, AAG, Haryana. **** The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of an FIR No. 6 dated 5.1.2006 under Sections 420,467,468,471 and 409 IPC, registered at Police Station Model Town, Panipat. Counsel for the respondent-State on instructions from Vijay Kumar, SHO submits that after the investigation, the police has submitted the cancellation report in the aforesaid case before the Court and the same is pending for consideration on 20.3.2007. In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for the respondent-State, counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to press this petition at this stage.
